Customer Account Registration

 Customer Account – Portal Registration

We are pleased to announce a significant upgrade to our ordering system. 

Registering for the new Portal is quick and secure: Just a one-time setup required to get going.

 

 

Matagas customers will FIRST need to register in the portal and create a password.

How to Register

 

  1. Follow the portal link above or click on the My Account Portal tab.
  2. In the portal follow the instructions and enter your existing account details as shown below

 

Example

If your account number is C999999,  your address is 53 Beach Road and your email is jsmith@gmail.co.nz, you would enter

  • C999999
  • 53
  • jsmith@gmail.co.nz

 

  1. Click continue – The system will check the Matagas database to find your details. (Your browser tab may show a circle indicating it is still processing, give it a minute)
  2. You will then be prompted to create a password.
  3. Enter your chosen password and save.
  4. If successful you will recieve a success message, select continue and you will be taken to the new Matagas Portal.
