In-situ cylinder bulk deliveries:
We come to you! In-situ cylinders are refilled on site by our Bobtail trucks rather than exchanging the cylinders when empty, allowing the use of larger capacity 499 litre WC cylinders.

Bulk tank deliveries:
For businesses with significant LPG requirements our Bobtail can fill your stationary tanks on a regularly scheduled basis to ensure uninterrupted gas supply. Planned and scheduled regular deliveries  provide peace of mind for high-demand commercial and industrial operations, such as chicken farms, laundromats and service stations.

Compliance

LCC : In-situ cylinder deliveries to commercial sites require a Location Compliance Certificate (LCC).

The LCC issued ensures the installation has met safety and regulatory requirements. The certificate confirms that the cylinder location, clearances, and installation comply with current hazardous substance and LPG safety standards. An LCC is issued by an authorised compliance certifier. Depending on the quantity of LPG stored, the certificate is typically valid for 12–36 months and must be renewed to maintain compliance.

Separation from sources of ignition: LPG in-situ cylinders must be installed a safe distance from potential sources of ignition (typically 5m) such as electrical equipment, open flames, and other heat-producing devices. Maintaining these clearances helps reduce the risk of ignition in the unlikely event of a gas leak and ensures the installation complies with New Zealand LPG safety regulations. 

Access: In-situ cylinder installations should be located such that the delivery of gas can be made safely without risk to customers property and clear entree and exit for the Bobtail truck. The Bobtail requires clear exit from the site without the need to reverse out.
